Take LOAM
off the internet.
The desktop version is the same tool as the browser one — the same screens, the same matching, the same refusals. It just lives on your computer, and nothing it holds ever leaves it.
One short step first
LOAM is free and always will be. Knowing who is using it helps keep the monthly funder pack useful. These four details are all that is stored, on a private list only the maintainer can read. Your organisation's evidence is never part of this.
The first time you open it
Windows and macOS may warn you that the app is from an unidentified developer. That is because it is not signed with a paid certificate yet — a small team of three keeps LOAM going. On Windows choose More info then Run anyway; on a Mac, right-click the app and choose Open.
There is no installer to click through. Unzip the folder, keep it somewhere sensible, and open the LOAM file inside it.
Your evidence is stored by the app on your own computer. If you also use the browser version, the two keep separate stores — move things across with the export and import files in Settings.
Everything works without a connection, apart from fetching the monthly funder pack and the one-time matching model.
