It provides core, flexible, and multi-year funding directly to women's rights and feminist organizations, particularly in the Global South, ranging from grassroots groups to regional alliances. It supports distinct streams including direct local support, funding for feminist funds, movement-building spaces, and feminist crisis response, while explicitly excluding international non-governmental organizations (INGOs).
