Sigrid Rausing Trust

The Sigrid Rausing Trust is a UK grant-making foundation established in 1995 to promote human rights, equality, the rule of law, and environmental preservation globally. Following a recent restructuring, the Trust consolidated its grant-making from eleven legacy programmes into three main areas: Human Rights and the Rule of Law, Open Societies, and Environment, alongside a few targeted strategic initiatives. The funder places a high premium on truth and impartial evidence-gathering; it explicitly prohibits its grantees from promoting violence, celebrating atrocities, or using inflammatory and delegitimising language.
